Shipping policy

All orders (excluding custom block orders) received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will typically ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.  Custom Block orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.  

Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Our current shipping options are USPS and UPS.

If any of the item(s) you ordered are unable to ship for some unforeseen issue, we will let you know by email.

If you do not receive an email confirmation with your shipping information, please contact us at info@allijean.com.

UNDELIVERED ITEM(S):

If you cannot locate your package and the tracking information shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for replacing the lost items. If this should happen, contact our customer service at info@allijean.com and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service.
